Upgrade your 8 speed XT or XTR's bolts to lighter weight, cool looking SRP bolts! This was THE cheap upgrade to do in the 1990's. The packaging states it's for 1994 XT, which is an RD-M737. It should easily work for an XTR M900 rear derailleur, and probably other models of XT, XTR, DX, etc.
