This odd contraption is a seatpost bolt mounted cable stop that features a roller wheel to redirect the direction the cable travels. It is made for mixtie frames where the cable is coming from the bottom making it's way up to the seatstay mounted brakes. The cable housing stops at the seat pin and the cable reroutes downwards towards the brake. Quite a rare piece
