Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

This is an early style, 1970's and early 1980's Shimano freewheel remover.  It was nicknamed the BOSS (who knows why).  It comes in a really cool film container style case, that would be great for a bike shop display case.  It features a thick wall, 12 prong design, and is used for most Shimano frewheels in the 1970's and up to 1984.

Condition

New in container.  It's possible it was used once, or just some shop wear in the form of ano wear on the tips of a few prongs.

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
