Lovely Salsa stem with zero rise!  These are like candy for 90's MTB kids.

Condition

New old stock with retail bag and manual! It does look like it's been test fit on a steerer, but a handlebar has never been installed. The only wear to note is the non-driveside decal has a little gash by the "a"
