This is a two pack of rear Shimano MX type D coaster brake hubs with brake arms. The box is labeled "2 set", though I don't know why they sold rear hubs in twin packs. All hardware for both hubs including 18t cogs, axle nuts, seatstay clamp, etc in sealed factory bags.
