This is your chance to own an important piece of mountain bike history! Extremely rare untouched true NOS RS Judy XC from early 1995, making this one of the VERY first Judy's in existence. This was the longest travel single crown Judy at 3" / 80mm. The SL had higher end alloy appointments but still had the XC's 63mm travel.
The Judy revolutionized suspension forks—it was the first successful fork to have adjustable travel in a lightweight reliable package. It was the machine that made the first step towards the customizeable high performance forks and thus riding on more extreme terrain.
Never mind the rad fork, early Rockshox had some of the coolest boxes ever! Its a collectors item all on its own.
The serial numbers on box and fork match! Though oddly the label on the box says its a 1". The sticker on the steerer says 95' Judy 1 1/8"
Condition:
New old stock in retail box, never ever installed and rarely removed from the box! Extremely close to pristine. Fork works perfectly. Elastomers feel perfect—smooth action, lively rebound. No leaks. Boots are in wonderful shape and not even slightly. Uncut steerer. Includes manual, sticker, reflector bracket.
