Exotic looking high end front mech. from the 1980's! Mavic made some very nice (and very expensive!) drivetrain components to complement/compete with the Suntour's and Shimano's of the world, and made their designs radically more edgy then the Japanese parts. They look great, and perform amazingly. Plus, this one is only 92g, lighter than Dura Ace and Super Record of the era.
Condition: Mint! Very little use, just a few minor marks. Light chain wear on the inner cage plate.
