Description

The 310 was Mavic's top of the line headset in the mid to late 1980's.  It was differentiated from the lower level 300 and 302 by it's stainless steel bearings in plastic retainers, as the 300/302 had loose steel balls.

Condition

Great mechanical condition, though scratched up.  The bearings/cups/races are in excellent shape with no pitting or visible wear, and the headset spun very smoothly when installed.  Visually, it has lots of scratches.
