I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
The Szazbo (pronounced "say-zaz-bo") was Ibis's first aluminum frame, circa 1995. It was a wild machine with a lot of new thoughts going on, that I"ll let you do your own research on. It was designed by John Castellano and built by Control Tech in the USA. Castellano has a current model called the Zorro that is the next logical evolution to the Szazbo design. It's a great conversation piece built into a bike or on the wall of your local coffee shop or bike museum. It's weird and historically significant, and most importantly affordable enough to be considered a spur of the moment wall art splurge!
Condition
Near mint to mint very lightly used shape. Hardly a mark on the frame. The only significant imperfection to note in the paint is a chip at the top of the head tube from installing a headset. Otherwise very minor marks not worth pointing out. Shock feels great but has an oil leak.
Details
- Size small (based on 4.125" head tube)
- See geometry sheet in images for more dimensions (it's weird)

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
