Description

These fairly obscure centerpull brakes from the 1980's are a great upgrade from the Weinmann Vanquerer or Mafac Racer brakes everybody has.  They're buffed and clear anodized for a nice silky finish.  Fairly similar in style and performance to Mafac Competition brakes.  They come with a unique cable carrier with a quick release built in.  They have a pretty large pad adjustment, from 43mm-57mm.  This will fit many standard/short reach frames, and most mid reach frames.

The levers are New Gran Compe 210 (NGC 210), which are the DIA COMPE's top of the line model.  Cool and efficient barrel adjuster built into the cable stop.  Hoods are wasted.

*The box will be shipped folded up, unless you buy enough to get to the 2nd tier shipping level which has a box big enough to fit it expanded.

Condition

Great used in box shape.  The brakes are excellent, and barely have a mark.  Original pads have ~90% life left.  Levers are in great shape except for a big scrape along the edge of one blade, and the hoods are shot.
