I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
The Girvin Flexstem was an early suspension design for mountain bikes, around the late 80's/early 90's. These were used on bikes without front suspension, and provided about half an inch of "travel". They were quickly displaced when suspension forks became affordable, so there's not many of these out there. They're great for smoothing out the ride of a rigid road or mountain bike without an expensive fork. This is the somewhat rare highlighter yellow w/ red elastomer version.
Condition
Excellent used shape. There is a smattering of slightly bigger than pinpoint size chips, but pretty clean overall

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
