Description

One of Berthoud's medium sized high end handlebar bags that's aged to perfection like a French wine.  It shows just the perfect amount of patina to make it look like a vintage work of art vs the a brand new one's overly polished and "flat" appearance.

Condition

Near mint with no damage to note and lovely appearance.  Canvas and leather are darkened just enough to look amazing without showing any significant wear.  

Details

  • Dimensions: 270 x 220 x 145mm 
  • Attaches with two leather straps to the handlebar or, better, with a "décaleur"
  • The lid opens on the handlebar side and closes with a hook and an elastic string allowing the rider to easily reach the contents of the bag while riding.
  • All pockets closed with a bungee for easy access.
  • Front pocket. Two pockets on each side. Two rear pockets.
  • Mica map reader closed with Velcro.
  • Bottom reinforced with leather.
  • Shoulder strap not included
  • Made with very strong water resistant cotton canvas for the body and leather reinforcements and edges.
