Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

This model of Berthoud handlebar bag can be set up as a standard handlebar bag, but also features the unique ability to be securely mounted without a front rack or decaleur.  The black fork slides through loops in the side leather and clip into a Klick-Fix handlebar mount.

To set up with a decaleur you would need to drill holes in the top leather strip as normal.  That top leather strip also has loops sewn behind them allowing attaching the top of the bag with the included leather straps.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
