Description
Rare DT shifters from the first Dura Ace group in the 1970's. These were issued in 1973 as model SL-101, and somewhere near 1977 the group transitioned to being named 7100 (and thus these, SL-7100 though nobody seems to reference them as such). These are silver, and they also offered these in black.
Condition
Near mint very lightly used shape. At first glance they almost pass for NOS. Clamp & bolt are pristine. The clamp bolt's nut has a bit of corrosion where the wrench flats have chrome wear. Lever hardware is perfect and corrosion free (though I missed cleaning off some dried grease off the end caps). Levers are very clean, but have some scuffs on the outside edges as well as a few marks on the front faces. These are all pretty minor.
