Description

For years, if you wanted a modern top shelf centerpull brake your only option was the Paul Racer long reach or Racer M mid.  But, at $150-200 per brake they were unattainable to many.  In recent years DIA-COMPE released these GRAN-COMPE 610 premium brakes at half the price.   These are extremely stiff, classically styled, and according to reviews, offer modulation and power similar to the Pauls.

These cleverly work for both traditional nutted brake mounts on your vintage bikes, and recessed nuts for your newer frames. They come with spacers to adapt to both standards. (This set only comes with recessed nuts, you'll have to source your own standard nuts)
