If you have a mountain bike from the early 1990's that needs a 1 1/4" headset, this is your best bet in a very slim selection.

*This headset DOES NOT include a base plate (crown race).  They can be purchased online or at most local bike shops for about $15.  Google "Chris King Base Plate"

Condition:

Excellent, very lightly used.  Bearings are buttery smooth with no grit.  Barely a mark.
