Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

Very hard to source headset Chris King developed for Dario Pegoretti to fit their frames with oversized head tubes.

From Pegoretti: The design of the D11 uses the proven bearings and components of King’s standard models but features cups with a larger diameter skirt where they are pressed into the head tube. As the skirt is longer than the standard, it gives better support to the head tube. In addition, the shape of the cups has been modified to flow better with steel and/or titanium frames.

The D11 headset works equally well with the Falz fork and other 1-1/8” forks as the bearing sizes keep to the same dimensions as the standard NoThreadSet™. It features Chris King’s Grip-Lock fastening system as well as King’s 10-year warranty.

Condition:

Mint just barely used shape.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
