Identified as Victory by the Shield logo on the spindle, instead of Nuovo Record's World logo. Otherwise the components are the same. The 109mm spindle is what you need for a Campagnolo Victory/Triomphe crankset.
Condition:
Great lightly used shape. Cups/spindle/bearings in great shape with no pitting. Cups and lockring look great.
