Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

Early-ish NR RD, from the 4th year of manufacturer 1970.  This one has among the most irregular patterns of faceplate texture I've seen on one of these. They are literally in wavy lines. This happened on early models before they got their casts sorted out, but this one is curious.

Condition:

Average used shape with plenty of wear throughout, but no rust.  Mechanically is smooth and functional.  Pulleys are Suntour, in barely used shape

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
