I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
These brakes came in a long arm version (3 3/8") and short arm (3"). This set has one of each. People often put long brake arms on the front for extra power, and a short on the rear. The arms come with pad retainers/bolts and bushings, but lacks springs, spring caps, and mounting bolts.
The 1990's Avid Tri Align canti's were an ingenious design. The brake pad can be infinitely adjusted for angle, toe in, and height. The pad is secured in a clamp that rotates/slides around the brake arm. They are also incredibly stiff and powerful with great modulation. Perfect addition to your retro mountain bike, cyclocross bike, or touring bike!
Condition
Near mint or better lightly used shape. Arms are nearly perfect with only a few tiny ano marks. Bolts could be cleaned up to look nicer.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
