I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
This rare, gorgeous, and lightweight stem was Ambrosio's (later named 3ttt) flagship stem. It was made from the late 1930's through sometime in the late 40's or possibly very early 50's. Pre-war is quite likely, as Ambrosio and many other bike companies halted much of production during the war and shortly after. The sides are milled out, saving weight and creating a very strong I-Beam form. This one has all it's original hardware, including very cool domed clamp bolt.
Condition
Excellent used shape! No damage, just some scratching. Hardware is free from rust, except a bit of surface rust on the cone. Clean enough for some show bikes!

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
