Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

These are an early version of the popular Weinmann AG brake levers.  These are identified as very early by the circle Weinmann logo being at the very top of the lever, and that they do not have quick releases (which came into play in the late 50's or early 1960's.  These came on a lot of high quality racing bikes in the 50's and 60's, before Campagnolo levers became popular.  Often found on early Schwinn Paramounts!

Condition

Good used shape, with some scratches.  A bit of light rust on the clamps.  Fully functional and smooth.

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
