Item Condition
Item Condition
I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
This assembly replaces the internals on the right side (damping spring) of all vintage 26" SID forks from 1998. Contains the cartridge only, does not include hardware that slides onto either side of the rod.
Condition
It is well lubricated and smooth, but the plastic cap that's on one end is split. Maybe the one you're replacing is dry or bent but has a good cap you can swap!

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
