Description

The rare 1st year Judy DH was the long travel upgrade to the Judy XC and its 63mm travel. This one is fully functional and show worthy aesthetically.  It has an upgraded brake arch, a rare Shock Bone 90G sans decal.  They are reported to be VERY stiff compared to the stock brace and most aftermarket ones.  Prime choice for your retro MTB restoration.

Condition:

Near mint lightly used shape! The fork functions very smoothly.  Compression feels nice, and rebound is just as smooth.  No leaks.  Rebuild history is unknown.  It could have the original dual cartridge system, or it could be upgraded to Speed Springs or White Brothers or Englund cartridges.  Cosmetically it is unabused and show worthy.  Paint is not faded, and overall appears glossy and wear free.  There are a few wear spots, namely the driveside leg has a scrape at the bottom and decal wear nearby, a small paint wear spot at the upper left corner of the big ROCKSHOX decal, as well as a lighter spot on its backside 1/4 way up.  Non-drive leg and decals are very clean.  Crown, boots, and top knobs are close to mint.   Brake arch is mint.  Clean enough for all but the cleanest NOS show bikes, or ride the hell out of it for another decade or three.
