Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

This is Jim Blackburn's first bottle cage model from the 1970's!  It's style is just like the TA tubular steel cages with plastic end, just in alloy.  This is a wonderful lightweight and period correct bottle cage for your classic road bike, and your L'Eroica bicycle. Quite rare.

Condition

Excellent or better lightly used shape.  Metal cage looks very clean, with only some wear on the bolt hole tabs and at the base of the bottle area.  Plastic is scuffed a bit and has a little crack, but looks pretty nice.  Show bike appropriate

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
