Paul Royal Flush 100% Pure Road / Track Crankset: 175mm x 46t - Black Arms & Red Chainring (Near Mint+)

The legendary Paul Royal Flush pista crank in all it's glory, with the four card suits CNC cut into the chainring.  These are VERY rare and worthy of your show bike or collection.  The arms are 175mm, and must have been a custom order as these were supposedly made in 165mm and 170mm.  The red was a limited edition color in 2014.  The arms are the later version with a 12mm thick spider (pre-2010 had 6mm spider). The Paul cranks were made roughly from 2008 to 2016.

These crank arms are coined Pure 100% road/track cranks. They mate to a Royal Flush or Circles chainring via 4 bolts.  This Royal Flush ring is the Circles ring with the four card suits of spade, club, heart, and diamond cut into the material inside the circles.

Paul Components Royal Flush Crankset is 100% Pure Crank from Paul Component Engineering. Strong, elegant & classy.

Paul Components Road Cranks take advantage of the narrower chainstays found on road frames, and the 44mm chainline of Paul Components High Flange hubs.

These cranks use a specially designed interlocking chain ring/crank interface. Four 7075 Aluminum chain ring bolts with T25 Torx heads bolt through the chain ring and into the reinforced spider on the crank arm.

The crank arms are machined from 2024 aluminum, a very strong and stiff material. They are given a high polish finish and optional black anodize. The crank arms are available in 165mm.

The chain rings are machined out of 6.3mm thick aluminum plate; very sturdy. Wider teeth designed only to work with ¹⁄₈” chains which prolongs their life span.

Condition

Near mint or better very lightly used shape!  Most parts of the crank and chainring are perfect.  The only blemishes to note are a couple spots of scrapes on the ends, and a couple ~1-2mm ano wear spots on the chamfered edges of the arm faces.  Teeth show no real wear.  Anodizing on the front side of the teeth is unblemished, rear side tooth ano is mostly worn but not completely.  Absolutely show worthy, passes for brand new from a few feet away.

*These were difficult to photograph in straight on angles as the reflection kept catching oddly.  The Photos taken from angles portray the condition of the arms more accurately than the straight on shots.
