They are largely additions, changes, and corrections to supplement the Schwinn Service Manuals (like these early 70's service manuals)\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: medium;\"\u003eAll 99 bulletins that were issued in the 70's are present, in order.  There are a few bonuses as well.
