Inter Campagnolo, and by it's polished\/anodized clamp, and unpolished elbow.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: medium;\"\u003eThis one is curiously pantographed \"Paganessi\".  The only bicycle related reference to that name is Alessandro Paganessi who was a moderately successful pro racer in the 1980's, largely for Team Bianchi.
