It's well suited as a modern randonneur bike, a Sunday club rider, a fast commuter, or a gravel bike.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: medium;\"\u003eThis bike loves to carve windy canyon roads!  It's handling isn't twitchy in the least like many full on race bikes.  But don't let that fool you, it can take the corners as hard as you can stand.  It's one of those magical geometries that lets you initiate a deep fast corner from a dead straightaway effortlessly and seamlessly.  So smooth, so supple, so accurate.  Some bikes have possess what they call \"telepathic handling\".  This is one of them.  Not so much that it goes where you point it, but more it goes where you think it.  If you've ridden a bike like this, you get it.  If you haven't, this bike will change the way you judge all road bikes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: medium;\"\u003eThis one is a nearly stock 2013 model, which retailed for $3899.99.  The only non-stock components are an upgraded Ultimate Components stem, Fizik Microtec bar tape, and Selle Italia Trans Am saddle.  The build is a mix of Ultegra and 105 10 speed.  Highly rated wheelset of HED Belgium rims on DT Swiss 350 hubs, with the supremely smooth Clement Strada LGG tires.  Avid BB7 Road disc brakes handle the stopping duties.  The frame is efficiently formed 3\/2.5 titanium, mated to an ENVE carbon tapered fork.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: medium;\"\u003eSalsa did an outstanding job on this bike's listing page, with tons of quality information.
