I tried to remove it with no luck.  Otherwise, there's some chips on the chainstays closer to the BB shell, light scratching to drive-side chainstay, non-drive side seatstay scuffs, and brake lever installation scrape marks on the bars an inch further in. *all of these blemishes are captioned in the photos*\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: medium;\"\u003eComponents are largely in excellent or better condition.  Fork has an air cartridge and functions very well with no leaks.  It does have scuffing on the stanchions at the very bottom, which doesn't seem to be causing a problem.  There are a number of NOS parts including brakes, levers, grips, seatpost, brake cables.  SRAM parts are near mint.  Flite saddle has a little wear but nothing too bad.
