that these are serious racing parts).  Highly decorative script featuring the racers names, as well as \"Titan Luxe\".  The bars are clear anodized alloy, the stem is steel.  Clamp diameter is unmarked, but the bars right next to the stem clamp measure about 25.8mm.  Inscriptions of \"72\" on both the bar and stem, most likely indicating a manufacture date of 1972.  The letter \"M\" is also inscribed on the bottom of the stem.  Road brake levers included, unsure of make.  Tape and end caps look to be period correct, possibly original.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eExcellent condition, hardly a scratch.  Zero rust.  The stem has some scratching on the bottom 1\/2\", near the expander cone (completely hidden when installed).  The inside of the stem's elbow joint has a small black
