The fittings are western style floral motive engraved aluminum. The leather is very soft and pliable, and has that desireable light patina without damage you seek in vintage leather. These were a big thing for the Gibson Montana years (some of them even had Montana below Gibson on the shoulder pad). The belt leather was provided by Levy's while the shoulder pad sleeve was made by Gibson. There would have been a Levy's print on the back of the belt which has worn off while its previous user was making it supple through the love of playing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCondition\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExcellent shape with very light patina. I LOVE this amp, and I'm only selling because I upgraded to a modern amp with more channel switching abilities (Mesa Boogie Rectifier Roadster). Eddy had James Brown design it as a pissed off blend of a modded Marshall JCM800 \/ Super lead and a Soldano SLO. It was the voice of 90s metal alongside the Dual Rectifier, and became the amp for metalcore and Djent due to its super tight percussive attack.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCondition\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has been recently inspected and cleaned professionally and it was reported back in great functional shape with years and years of life to go. Cosmetically its quite clean. It looks like it hasn't really been gigged a ton. The head is exceptional and only has some light microscratching on the plate by the knobs and two ~1cm tolex flaps. The heat vent on top has cracks at all four corners from being overtightened (but is otherwise mint). Footswitch is close to mint. Cab is exceptionally clean inside, speakers look wonderful. No real wear to the grill. Tolex has a handful of little wear spots but nothing bad. This amazing amp is the Dual Rectifier thats equally at home playing blues and Jazz as it is metal. The Roadster is the exact same amp as the Mesa Boogie Road King without the ability to mix and switch between 6L6 \u0026amp; EL34 tubes. Its lead channels are very similar to the Dual Rectifier Rev G. Channels one and two are quite unique for a Mesa. Channel one has the \"tweed\" setting that is the sparkliest clean to slightly dirty color I've ever experienced and I'll truly miss it. Its an almost cranked Fender tone. Channel two has the \"Brit\" mode that gives Marshall JVM or Plexi vibes. Channel 3 my fav mode is \"vintage\" which gives 80's metal, and channel 4 I use \"modern\" which is great for modern metal, doom, death, etc. SO much gain!
